Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and penalties on land portion (includes hotel, tours, teetimes, escorts, etc.)

Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to departure – penalty = deposit paid.

Cancellations made between 31-44 days prior to departure – penalty = deposit or 25% of package price, whichever is greater. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to departure – penalty = is 50% of package price. Cancellations made between 8-14 days prior to departure – penalty = 75% of package price. Cancellations made 7 days prior to departure or later, and No Shows – penalty is 100% of package price.

Independent hotel nights: cancellations received within 7 days of departure are subject to a penalty equivalent to a 2-night hotel fee per person or $200, whichever is higher. Non-arrivals or early checkouts from hotels will be subject to a 2-night hotel feel per person or $200 per person, whichever is higher, as well as any additional fees at the discretion of the suppliers.

Please note: alternative penalties may apply for Switzerland, Thailand, Singapore, or other international destinations and group bookings.

When booking on short notice (within 30 days of departure) passengers will be subject to a late booking fee of $35. This fee includes, but not limited to, special delivery of travel documents (to US addresses only). Any changes made after deposit has been received may be subject to an administrative fee.

Brochure/literature Prices: All prices in First Tee Promotions brochures/literature prices are in USD (U.S. dollar), and payment transactions must be made in this currency. All prices are based on rates available at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice. Some golf courses, resorts and hotels may not have firm rates at the time of printing. Surcharges may apply on premium golf courses, weekends, and holidays. Other surcharges that may apply would be fuel, regional, or national energy surcharges and government taxes. First Tee Promotions LLC reserves the right to adjust package prices accordingly at the time of booking.

Travel documents: All travel documents will be issued and delivered approximately 14 days prior to departure. Please review all documents carefully to ensure accuracy. We recommend reconfirming your flight time directly with the airline 24 hours prior to departure. Flight times, carriers, and itineraries are subject to change without notice. First Tee Promotions LLC cannot be held responsible for changes after issuance of travel documents.
